Rear drum brakes locking when applying the pedal for stopping?

Replaced drums and shoes, also hardware kit new, forgot to order wheel cylinders but the old ones aren't leaking. So, I reassembled it drove fine for a day, then started locking up again. Can't find a diagram to ensure I reassembled them correctly not sure if adjuster wheel is supposed to be towards the front or the back and if the thicker and longer shoe should be towards the front or the back and will it be the second on both sides as far as the placement of these things are or are they reversed on opposite side.

The shoe with the longer lining goes on the rear of the of the backing plate, this video will help you do the job correctly and I have included a guide that can help as well:
