rear door will not open

The rear door will not open. The rods to the lock and actuator go back and forth, but door will not open. Regards, Barry

Tricky problem as you will have to get the door trim off with the door closed, as i feel that the door actuator has failed of a link rod has cone adrift. probably a job for a mechanic or someone with some good skills as this is a difficult task with the door closed.
