Hi, I have the car listed above that needs a new rear differential. I have to find the part myself and I found someone with a 2014 Cadillac ATS 3.6L. Would the differential from that car fit into mine or would I need to find my exact car make and model? I read on GM that it should fit but I need to make sure before spending the money.

They should be the same, but I would check the gear ratio in both to be sure. Simply mark the drive axle in the straight up position, then turn the pinion while counting the revolutions until the drive axle has completed one complete revolution and this will be the gear ratio. Don't forget to count the partial pinion turn as well. Here is how to change the unit out with torque specs in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
