Hello, my third brake light and my rear defrost are on the same circuit I believe. Neither work. When I try to turn on my rear defrost, there is a clicking noise whenever I hit the brake in the defrost switch itself. Would it be the switch, a relay or a ground issue? I would like to get at least one of the two working. All my fuses are fine. Also, my cruise control will not work unless I press the off button on my rear defrost immediately before I push the cruise control button. Please let me know what to do!

They are not on the same circuit. The only item they share is the power from the battery. From your description it sounds like a wiring short under the dash near the brake pedal lever mount. When you step on the pedal the wire moves around and you get the relay action in the switch. The only way to find it would be to visually look at the harness and find the damage and repair it. That should restore both systems.
