Rear bumper cover removal

One of the parking sensors fell inside the bumper so i need to get it back out. any help on removing the bumper cover?

I attached the directions, but I had to do it in pictures. I did overlap each picture so you could follow them. Let me know if it helps or if you have other questions.

Honestly! After attaching the directions, in the back of my mind I pictured a cable, a telephone pole, and the pedal to the floor. LOL
