How do i remove the rear brake rotor. I already removed the brakes/caliper and the axle nut. I don't know if something else is holding. I see a screw that requires an axle wrench but I don't know what size it is. Its located behind the rear hub

Look for two holes near the center hole, directly across from each other. You run a pair of metric bolts into them, and as you tighten them, they will push the rotor off the hub. There's no other way to get them off without damaging them.
