rear air conditioner not working only heat coming out

Rear air conditioner not working. How to disassemble the rear right panel to access the actuator?

before you do that try pulling fuse for sixty seconds with key on then reinstall it may reset. also, check to see if pipes going to rear at rear is cold the large one if not it is an air conditioner problem. see pictures for instructions as rear HVAC unit must be removed to access actuators. See pictures.
