Nothing happens when front A/C is on and fan speed is turned to any speed however rear A/C works. There has been a clicking above the rear right wheel.

The most common issue with the front is the blower motor and/or resistor going bad. Sometimes you can reach under the glove box area and give it a bump to get it to start working again, this will let you know that the blower motor is faulty. As for the rear, you have a blend door actuator faulty due to a broken internal gear, I've replaced many at my shop, and have done at least 5 on my own personal vehicle.

This could be a number of things. First the front blower not working, we need to check for voltage at the blower motor to start. If you have voltage then the motor is the issue and needs to be replaced. Here is a guide that will help with this:

However, if you have voltage then we need to go back to the control module (resistor) and check for voltage on each of the 4 wires. The yellow and green wire should have 12 volts on it but the White and violet wire should have a lower voltage on it depending on the speed you have it set.

Let's use this guide on how to check the voltage:

I am attaching the wiring diagrams and location of the resistor (replacement process) in the event this is the issue.

Please let us know what you find with this. Thanks
