2000 Ford Expedition wont blow hot air

The heater starts blowing hot and then after 10 minutes it goes cool.

WHen this happens, and the air is cold, leave the heater and the engine on and feel both heater core hoses. THey both should be hot. IF one is hot and the other cold, let me know.
