Hi,
If you have good A/C in the front, my first suspect is the rear blend air door actuator. This actuator is what determines the air temperature entering the vehicle.
If the actuator isn't moving the blend door, it won't change the temperature. Also, on this vehicle there is a separate heater core and A/C evaporator in the rear, so if the front A/C works, the rear should as well. That is what makes me think it is the actuator.
If you look below, I attached the directions for the removal and replacement of the actuator. It will be time-consuming, but not overly difficult.
