Rear AC blows ambient temperature

Bought van a few years back. Front AC works great, compressor engages as it should. Refrigerant pressure is good and does not leak. Just replaced rear blend door actuator and verified that works. But rear will not blow AC air. Only ambient or heat if switched to heat. What could be causing no AC?
