Actuator is working (both). I turn the power switch on for rear A/C I hear click but no function.

When you say you hear a click, where is it coming from? As far as the rear auxiliary HVAC, there is a fuse designated for the system. I attached a picture of its location. It is in the under hood fuse box. Make sure it is good. Also, are you sure the blower motor isn't bad?

Turns out there’s a big plug under the driver side floor that that has about 10 wires or so and the main wire (big orange wire) has faulty contact. Apparently it’s a common problem. Found that out on another forum. All I did was fix the connection pins inside the plug so there was no play and the contact was secure . Thanks
