It depends on your area and who does it. Of course there is the dealer which will charge you a minimum one hour at whatever is there labor right. There are some independent shops that could do it for half that price. So you would just need to call around.
Here in Los Angeles California my shop would charge around $150.00 just to reprogram. Hope this gives you some idea of what you might be spending.
