Not sure, started idling rough then it started making loud noise. Shut down. Was able to start it up. Large vibration and engine shakes.

It sounds like you need timing chain guides/tension-er's etc, but to be sure can you take a video of the noise with your phone and upload it here in your reply? That way we can tell for sure.
