Chewed up in the engine compartment then it just died?

we were having some issues wheel stuff and parked our scion for several months and then needed to use it again it ran fine for 3 days then suddenly i pulled up to a light on day 3 and it sounded like there was something getting chewed up in the engine compartment then it just died would start right back up but dies right away i recently put it on a scan and its telling me something about coil packs and a throttle body sensor. i am unable to afford on my own all kinds of parts but i need my car please help
