Rattle noise heard from right passenger back

When I hit any bump in the road, big or small, I hear a loud rattling sound coming from the right rear end. It has been checked by different mechanics, but they all say that they have no idea what it is, but it is safe to drive.

It sounds like the right rear shock has falling apart internally which will make the noise you are hearing this is common. Here is a guide to help you see what you are in for when doing the job and a diagram below to help you see what it will be like for your car.
