Rattle/Clank when driving through cracks or bumps on roads?

Hi, I’m hearing a rattle/clanking type of noise only when going through cracks or bumps on the road and noise stops when I press on the brake even slightly and does it again when brakes are released so it seems like it is something Brake Caliper related probably but don’t know what exactly could be, also when I brake hard for instance a sudden stop for a red light and basically holding the brake down hard and when I release I can feel like a thump and hear a clank.
