Rubber window molding removal

Extended cab Ranger. Is there any way to remove broken pieces of glass from rubber molding of rear side window?Would like to reuse original molding but glass shards are still adhered to it.

Hi,

Are you talking about the window on the rear of the cab? The one on the side next to the sliding window? Or are you talking about the glass on the extended cab door?
