So my car was fine until my little sister drove it and I was put of state. I was told it would not go over 30 but it didn't rev up like it wanted to go over 40 as if I was just happy at 30. so she ended up parking it for a few months. well, I am trying to get it running now and my first issue was a dead battery, I got that fixed. the second issue now I need some input. it doesn't drive and I mean it doesn't shift gears it revs up if I push the gas but it will not switch out of park. the reverse lights do not come on when it is put in reverse and I can hear it doesn't change gears at all when I move the shifter?
