Intermittently shutting off while driving?

I'll be driving and then it stops running. The car is still on. Have to put it in neutral and press the start button and it will start right back up.

This can be many different things causing this issue. We should run the codes to see if there is a clue to the problem.

I have seen the IPDM go out in these cars and cause this issue, also the crankshaft angle sensor can cause this as well. Here is the location and how to change them out in case a code is stored for them. Please note the crankshaft angle sensor failure does not always leave a code. Check out the images (below).
