Not cranking over

It started a couple of months ago. Would just not start. Tap the starter a few times boom it was fine. Would go anywhere from a few days to a month with no issues. Then began doing it a lot more often one day it just stopped. We have replaced battery (it was 11 years old) starter tested good, check power voltage on cables all good. Van still will not start.
When you turn key it clicks but nothing. All power is fine everything inside works just no engine. Throws no codes.
This van is our life line. We have a disabled little girl who is wheelchair bound I have to get this running for doctor appointments and the like!

What do you suggest we try next?

It still sounds like the a starter is bad and we should check the battery condition as well. here are guides and diagrams to help us fix the problem:
