Wife heard a knocking/clacking noise when she stopped at a stop light but when she started driving again it went away and it hasn't done it again. Any idea what it might've been?

Hi,

That's a tough one. Is there any vibration in the steering when braking? Is there any play in steering components or bushings such as the stabilizer link or bushings?

If there is no vibration, check the stabilizer link first as well as the bar. See pic 1. I circled what I am referring to.

Let me know
