Radiator fan is not working

Radiator fan is not coming on, the air conditioner fan works. I changed the thermostat.
What can I do?

Are you saying one of the fans comes on and the other does not or that they only come on with air conditioner?

Also, does it have trailer tow package?

Thanks for the reply. I ran a test on the fan came up bad so replace the whole assembly. Two hundred and twenty five dollars later, but it is fixed. did it my self and saved four hundred dollars. yeah! thanks
