Radio stays on after opening door

Hi,

Since the vehicle is so new, this will be under warranty.

What I found was there is a software update that is required for the issue you are experiencing. There is a software version V155 update.

Here is what I suggest. Contact a GM dealership and confirm the update is available for your vehicle. If it is, and from what I'm reading it is, have them do the update. It should eliminate the issue.

I went to do update system now it was greyed out I attached image I was getting anyway don't know what I did but now when I shut engine open door radio shuts down like normal fingers crossed.
Two things should I turn on updates to run in background as of now its unchecked
second, I noticed when using key fob to unlock doors all my back lights four of them taillights and backup lights which are white where lighting up never happened before when that happens radio not shutting down but now when unlocking just the two taillights red lighting. so, I don't know what i did just wanted to update you. thanks for all the help.

Is it properly working now? As far as the tail lights, that is normal. I believe the headlamps should turn on as well. Is that happening?
