Radio signal lost after having the back window tint replaced?

Golf Sports Wagon. I had the back window tint replaced last week. Upon return, the radio suddenly stopped working. We get sound and visual on screen, but only static. Seems there may be a connection between whatever the tint person did and the radio not working. The antenna is located directly above the back window on the roof.

Oh yes, today's tints are wild and contain metallic components that can interfere with radio signals. I can't imagine why they would disturb the antenna, but this is what the connection looks like, maybe it got unplugged somehow. Check out the images (below).
