Radio quit working

The radio does not come on at all. I checked both fuse boxes and all look good. I read on here that there is suppose to be a 10 amp fuse on back of radio, next to power plug, so I pulled the radio only to find no fuse anywhere. Please help. Thank you.

Hello,

It sounds like the head unit is no good, but to be sure let's check for power and the unit grounds. Here is a guide and the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

Thank you very much for taking the time to help me. Yes, the head unit was bad. I ended up finding another 1999 4-runner radio at nearby salvage yard, replaced mine and everything is working great again.
