There's no disc in it. I've tried resetting everything and it still doesn't work. It displays the message on every screen sometimes it will not display and then other times it will. In order to change the station or go to DVD I have to hit the eject button and then it goes right back to that same screen. I am wondering if there's anything else I can do or if I have to get a new radio?

Hello,

Unfortunately this appears to be an internal radio failure. There's not much you can do to resolve it besides replacing the radio. You may be able to find a used unit on ebay. I would simply search the radio model. "RB1 radio"
