radio not working troubleshoot

radio display reads 88:88 when you turn car on.thats it.stays that way.everything else appears to work fine.please send me in right direction to start troubleshooting.2001 pt cruiser infinity radio

Start by removing the radio, then read me the model number on the sticker on top. Also tell me the "supplier" number. If this is an Infinity radio, that number should be 28046.
