Aux button the media button and the USB port are not working

This is not an uncommon issue. Unfortunately Ford has had a number of issues with these radios and the buttons not working. The good thing with this is there are a number of software updates out there for the radio, ACM and other affected modules.

So if you have not been to a dealer in a while, I would suggest starting with this just so they can inspect them and find out if the modules are up to date.

If they are not then you may have success with it. Otherwise I suspect the ACM will need to be replaced.
