Radio will not turn off even after keys are not in the ignition. Stays on constantly. Just got it back from the mechanic who replaced the whole A/C unit as well as brakes and rotors. Never had this problem before.

It sounds like something was not reconnected. We need to do a CAN scan to see what's going on, this video will show you how. In the video to says you need a subscription but you don't anymore with the scanners from Amazon. CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

I wasn't very descriptive in my question. The radio is on constantly but the radio display reads diagnosis and does not function, also, the dash cluster reads diagnosis as well. I've tried the fuses and they are all fine. Called Mercedes dealership and they said it sounds like it could be a module failure. I'm not very familiar with car parts besides the basics. Would a failed module do that?

I fixed it! It was the radio anti theft lock. I found the steps on a Mercedes support page and it worked. Thank you for the help!
