The radio and clock stopped working. I checked fuses and replaced even though good.

The left turn signal blinks very fast while right turn signal is normal.

If it is the BCM I can find no replacement for it as it is discontinued

So, if the fuses are good chances are the radio is bad, which is common to have them just go out. To be clear you checked fuse # 29 under the hood and fuse #4 in the fuse panel inside the truck correct? Please check the blinker bulbs first for the fast blinker issue then start a new thread for it, Sorry, we only handle one problem per thread, please post your new question here, you must be logged in.

Yes I checked both fuses. I did not suspect the blinker bulbs because both work. If one had been out that would have been different but both flash despite doing it very fast. Thank you.

Okay, I would inspect the bulbs sometimes they can be damaged and still work which causes the resistance to be off which makes then blink fast. Check the bulb sockets as well. If they looks okay I would replace the BCM which controls the blinker flash.
