I have a police Interceptor. When I purchased the vehicle, all police equipment had been removed by cutting the wires. The antenna wire to the radio was cut in the process and I can’t find where it is. I’m asking what route the wire takes to the antenna, so I know where to look to reconnect it.

They may have cut wires but usually the radio harness is not one of them. They might have cut the sub harness that is in the roof though. It runs above the headliner and goes from the antenna fin to the right side where it connects to the main harness as shown in the second image. To repair it you replace the antenna module with the sub harness attached. For that you pull the rear of the headliner down and release the bolt that clamps the antenna fin in place, then unplug the harness and remove the fin. Reverse that process to install the replacement.
The harness itself runs down into the quarter panel and under the door trim up to the right-hand kick panel where it connects to the front antenna and into the rear of the radio.
The front radio antenna runs into the vehicle from the antenna base into the right front kick panel, where the rear cable has a Y connector. That cable is part of the antenna as well so to replace it you remove the mast and unscrew the bezel to remove the antenna base, then thread the cable out.
