Yep, when the battery is replaced it can trigger the security system to be engaged. here is a guide to help you reset the system:

My problem is radio and navigation system anti theft lock.
Only car radio and TV was not work.
There is no alarm and no other problem.
I can drive anywhere.
Everything is okay expect TV, DVD and navigation.
Japanese words appear, and it can touch characters (eng/jap) and numbers for typing anti theft code.

Opps, you lost some of the programming. Did the battery cables get reversed or was the battery jumped backwards? Sometimes a voltage spike from connecting the battery cables can cause this as well. Lets run the codes to see what comes up. here is a guide:

Please run down this guide and report back.

It looks like the unit shorted out after charging the battery I am wondering if the voltage was too high causing the issue. Did you try installing the code? Let check the fuses to make sure we are all good there. here is a guide and the fuse locations:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-a-car-fuse

If the fuses are okay here is how you can remove the radio/navigation for repair. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
