Radio and blower motor not working?

On a hot day my radio stopped working which caused the blow motor for the AC/heater to also stop. There are times when I start the car and everything works for a bit, but then both shut off.

Hi,

I went to the wiring schematics and found there are multiple audio systems that were offered. I need you to look at the pic below and let me know which you have.

Also, let me know if you have automatic climate control or manual climate control.
