Radio comes on and looks as to be working but no sound?

No sound coming from the radio?

This vehicle has two different radios, one has an internal amp, and one is external, I would start by checking the fuses (radio 1 fuse and radio 2 fuse) under the hood and the ACC fuse int eh fuse panel on the left side of the dash. Here is a guide to help and the fuse locations as well, I also included the radio wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. If all of the fuses are good, I would try to disconnect the battery overnight to reset the system.

I tried the battery way and it didn’t work and it seems that all the fuses work. Do you have any other ideas of what to do?

That will leave the BCM or radio LAN input, we will next do a CAN scan to help us see what's wrong. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon from about $32.00. here is a video to show you how. Also it could be the turn signal flasher I have included the location in the images below.

You can get a rebuilt preprogrammed BCM by searching google or eBay for a rebuilder. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
