With no details, clues, history, or anything else to go on, I can only suggest this is going to be a dealer item. Starting with 1995 models, GM will no longer allow us to buy their radio service manuals so they can keep all that lucrative repair business for themselves. Repairs are handled through a dealer and their two grossly-over-priced repair centers.
