change radio out had it unlocked every thing works but on sound.

Which stereo did it have from the factory and which did you replace it with? Depending on the option package it can have a couple remote amplifiers and if you used a different stereo it's possible the amp(s) are not turning on.

Which stereo did you remove and what did you put in? The wiring is different depending on the units and options so telling you to check a green wire won't help if you don't have a green wire. I show at least 4 different wiring diagrams, some 2-3 pages.
