Radio not working

Not worked since I bought it second hand. Previous owner has locked it out by trying to recode several times. I have tried the so called recovery processes. Is there a specialist anywhere who can set a new code for me. I'm happy to travel
It displays a flashing ERR message.

Try this process and see if it works.

Step one - press one at a time - preset 6, AM, Auto M, Seek UP
Step Two - Input this number, 4989 or 1414
Step Three - Press and hold Auto M and Preset 6 together.
Step Four - The Word 'GOOD' will appear on the screen if the process works.

There is also a procedure that involves removing the radio and re-flashing the security chip inside it using an EPROM reader which is what most dealers use, they pull the unit and send it out.
