Radiator/temperature

I just replaces my radiator and filled the fluids how I was told making sure the air is out, but my cars temperature goes to 220-230 then drops to 199.

Hello,

That is normal. When you include anti freeze in your cooling system it ups the boiling point of just water past 212 degrees. I have included the cooling system specs for your car in the diagrams down below.
