The cap to my radiator has an outgoing plastic piece to a hose that hose has disconnected due to the piece that was connected that was plastic has broken or melted or disconnected. Is there anyway I can fix it without replacing the whole radiator itself?

I don't think so. I have had to replace many a radiator for that reason. That is a pressure connection and no type of epoxy will hold.

You can repair this kind of repair if you drill and thread a brass hose fitting into the end of the hole on the neck. I have never seen a replaceable filler neck but there is always a first.

Here is a guide on what you are in for when replacing the radiator:

Please let us know what happens.
