Radiator leak

I have a Grand Caravan. I have a small leak right now. I see radiator fluid sputtering out of one of the metal hose lines going into the radiator. As of right now it only leaks while running. I have put about a bottle of fluid in it over the last six weeks. I was able to see the fluid trails running down the side of the plastic on the radiator. Today was the first times I was able to see it sputtering out of the line. There a several of these lines going into the radiator under the main hose. It looked to be coming out of the top metal line. I try to keep my fluid level in the holding tank between min and max. It is currently about in that area. Added fluid yesterday. 5/27/17.
