radiator hot on top cols on bottom and overheating

Hi my name Is mike I bought a Mitsubishi rvr 1.8 petrol manual I have discovered a problem with the radiator its hot on the top and cold at the bottom the heaters are blowing cold but when the car is going slow or come to a stop the temp stays at normal but when I drive it the temp goes just under the red can any one help me please

we have no info on these not in U.S. but fill coolant system and check for internal leak lilke head gasket. also chec radiator for cold spots when engine warm if cold spots rad is no good.
