Where is the radiator fan control module located?

Hi,
On this vehicle, there isn't a separate control module just for the radiator fans. The fans are controlled by the ECM (engine control module).
I attached the wiring schematic below for the entire radiator cooling fan circuit. I had to cut it in half to make it readable but I did overlap them so you can follow from one to the next.
