We have changed out sensors put a new combination valve, replaced secondary air injection hoses, and then put a brand new radiator. Now the car seems to over heat after a while because the fans are not turning on when they should. I do not know what else to do?

Are you a mechanic, I can send you some wiring diagrams if you are?

My husband is actually the one who works on all the cars. But he is not certified. This one just had us stumped untik last night. One of the lines were completely clogged which was cuasing sone kind of back up now the fans turn on and no overheating! But it seems like the battery doesnt want to stay charged because if I turn it off he will have to jump it.

Hello,

First I want to say I like your user name. Next it sounds like you have two problems, first lets load test the battery which you can easily do by following this guide.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-load-test

On the engine fans running all the time it kind of sounds like you might have a blown head gasket. You can run this test to find out for sure.

Please run some tests and get back to us so we can continue helping you.

Cheers, Ken
