radiator fans do not turn off?

I have realized that the radiator fans do not turn off, even though the antifreeze temperature is at a low temperature, which when the fans stay on all the time my battery drops, what problem could cause the fans to stay on?

There are two cooling fan relays in which one of them is stuck on. Here is the location of the relays so you can swap them out which should fix the problem. Also, I have included the cooling fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
