radiator fan starts with engine on

my car radiator fan starts with engine starts is it a problem if I Drive without repairing it .....also my car starts after 5 to 6 cranks every day . One year back i changed my fuel pump ,ignition coil crank shaft sensor .due to not at all starting

there is a issue with the fans and it needs too be corrected before you create more issues.

check the fuel pressure for the delayed start
