Radiator fan not working?

Radiator fans are not working, power to the front fan but not the rear fan. Disconnect the thermo switch and the fans do not work. Can hear the relay click when I disconnect and connect the switch. Fuse and wiring look good.

Chances are the fan motor has gone out but to be sure let's see if the fan is getting power and ground. This guide can help, and I have included the fan wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which wires to test:
