My radiator turns on whether the car is hot or cold?

Example I turn the car on the fan starts within 5 seconds and runs at a high speed the entire time the car is being driven. Could it be related to my MAF sensor I say that because I had to replace the connector on the sensor. Car runs great through all 6 gears with no hesitation and idles fine. (I actually have yet to complete installing the MAF wiring harness and I will be replacing the elbow housing to the throttle body. I am awaiting the part in the mail. )

You are welcome :) I don't think the MAF sensor will cause the fan to run. If you have a scanner, you can rear the PCM engine coolant temperature to see if the sensor is off telling the PCM to turn the fan on or if the radiator fan cooling module has gone out. Here are the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and a guide to help you check the sensor.
