Radiator fan fail

Radiator fan not working, the temperature gauge is high.I think fuse not working, but I do not know which one is and where can I find it. My car is the Sorento.

It sounds like the fan motor has gone out but to be sure lets do some simple testing to confirm the failure and get it fixed.
