Radiator fan

Hello everyone.
I have been watching my radiator fan in periodicals time and it seems like it does not kick in. Today I open the fan switch sensor or coolant temperature sensor(whatever it is called) and I saw that it was a 102/95° as shown in photos below. The temperature of my car stay constant at 90 degrees, so it does not show any overheating problem. So my question is, when my radiator fan should kick in and is there any problem related to radiator fan or coolant temperature sensor?

This sounds like the fan motor control module is going out. Here is how the system works which you can see from the wiring diagrams and the module location.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
